The Sijil Kemuliaan (''Certificate of Honour'') is a Singaporean award instituted in 1962. The Certificate of Honour consists of a scroll bearing the State Arms and the signature and seal of the President. Recipients of a Certificate of Honour are entitled to wear a silver badge known as the Badge of Honour.
